When a coffee variety is found to be suitable for the Cinque Stelle blend, it is given a star as an identification mark. Once the research has been completed and all the Five Stars requirements for taste, quality and variety have been found, a batch number is created, aimed at guaranteeing the constant quality and traceability of the product over a period of time.We think this blend is worth it's 5 Stars a very nice Northern Italian blend.
