Our goal is to provide the quickest turnaround possible. Most orders received before 3:00 PM EST will go out same day. In the case that an item is ordered is not in stock, we will notify you of the approximate ship date. If for any reason there are unexpected delays we will do our best to accomodate you in any way that we can.
Espressodistributors.com uses UPS Ground as the default shipping service. You may also select from other UPS shipping options (e.g. UPS 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select, etc.) as well as USPS Priority during the checkout process. Shipping costs are REAL prices from our warehouse located in Newton, MA (02458) and are based on weight, destination zip codes and sometimes oversize dimensions. We have added a color coded map of how many business days an order typically takes to arrive at your door. Please remember that estimates are calculated in business days and do not count Saturday, Sunday or any holidays. ALL orders are insured already no matter what the value is.
