Our goal is to provide the quickest turnaround possible. Most orders received before 3:00 PM EST will go out same day. In the case that an item is ordered is not in stock, we will notify you of the approximate ship date. If for any reason there are unexpected delays we will do our best to accomodate you in any way that we can.
Espressodistributors.com uses UPS Ground as the default shipping service. You may also select from other UPS shipping options (e.g. UPS 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select, etc.) in some cases we will use USPS Prioirty mail depending on size and destination of the order at our discretion, this will not effect timing of delivery but in many destinations will actually arrive sooner than expected to your door. Shipping is calculated from our warehouse located in Newton, MA (02458) and are based on weight and destination zip code. We have added a color coded map of how many business days an order typically takes to arrive at your door. Please remember that estimates are calculated in business days and do not count Saturday, Sunday or any holidays. ALL orders are insured already no matter what the value is.
