Return Policy
All un-opened espresso beans and ground products may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Opened espresso pod retail boxes or wholesale boxes may be returned. Espressodistributors.com does not charge a restocking fee for returned items. Customer is responsible for cost of shipping for returned merchandise. If a replacement of merchandise is required, Espressodistributors.com will pay for shipping it to you (shipping method will be determined by Espressodistributors.com).
Refunds will be issued only once merchandise has been returned. Shipping charges are not refundable. Please notify us by email at sales@espressodistributors.com if you're not satisfied and would like to return merchandise for any reason. Please ship returns:
